This project is to create a book cover for a classic book using photography to create an extraordinary image with an ordinary object. The requirements are:

My Process
I began doing a photo shoot of several common, everyday items that are seen everywhere. I had a great time doing it and learned a lot about my camera, lighting, and what not to do. I loved how the stones were able catch a reflection from the surface they were on, but there was no concept I could go with from there, so I needed to change my approach. I then decided to go in a completely different direction all together and chose a new object to photograph and the images were stunning.
These were from the second photo shoot. I loved most of the images, and the text I paired with them worked well, however there was something lacking for a full concept, so I needed to do one more shoot.
